What we collect

Analytics (only with your consent)

If you click "Accept analytics", we load Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). It sets cookies (names starting with _ga) and records pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referrer. We use it only to see which pages are read. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Affiliate link clicks (no cookies, no personal data)

When you click an affiliate link, our own counter records the product name, the page language and the date. It stores no IP address, no identifier and no cookie, and it cannot be linked to you. If analytics is accepted, the same click is also sent to Google Analytics as an event.

Server logs

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes requests (including IP addresses) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, under its own privacy policy.

Email

If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply.

Third-party sites and affiliate links

Links to software vendors and affiliate networks leave this site. Those parties set their own cookies under their own policies. See our affiliate disclosure for how we earn commission.

Your choices and rights

You can accept or decline analytics, change that choice via "Cookie settings", clear cookies in your browser, or email us to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or Turkey), you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Retention

Google Analytics retention is set in our Google Analytics account. Emails are kept as long as needed to answer you.

We will update this page and its date if our practices change.
