Pricing: see the vendor's pricing page

EaseUS MobiUnlock is a Windows and Mac tool that the vendor says can remove an iPhone passcode, Apple ID and some other locks. The page warns that all data on the device is erased when the passcode is removed. Use it only on devices you own and can legally unlock. The page states a 30-day money-back guarantee, but it does not state the free trial's limits, the pricing model or the Mac requirements, which are inconsistent on the page.

Pros

  • Removes screen passcodes, Apple IDs, iCloud accounts and Screen Time passcodes, according to the vendor (vendor)
  • Lists iPhone 4s and later, several iPad models and iOS 9 to iOS 26 (vendor)
  • A free trial is offered for Windows and Mac (vendor)
  • A 30-day money-back guarantee is stated (vendor)

Cons

  • All data on the device is erased after the passcode is removed; the page says so (vendor)
  • The free trial's limits are not stated
  • The pricing model is not stated on the page
  • The Mac requirements are inconsistent: the product section says macOS 10.13 and later, the tech specification says macOS 26 and later
  • Claims such as 'highest success rate' are vendor claims

How this review was made. This is a research-based review, not a lab test. Every claim comes from the vendor's own product page, read on 26 October 2026 and listed at the bottom. Where the vendor does not say something, we write "not stated". We do not publish prices: see the vendor's pricing page for your region. Success rates and privacy claims on the page are the vendor's own.
Use only on your own device. Tools that remove a passcode can be misused on devices that belong to someone else. Use MobiUnlock only on an iPhone or iPad you own, and check that you are allowed to unlock it.

Look at MobiUnlock if

  • You own an iPhone or iPad and have forgotten its passcode.
  • You want to remove an Apple ID or iCloud account from a device you own.
  • You accept that the device's data will be erased.

Look elsewhere if

  • You need to keep the data on the device; the page says the data is erased.
  • You need the Mac requirements confirmed; the page is inconsistent.
  • You need to recover data rather than unlock a device; see our MobiMover review or our Data Recovery Wizard review.

What the vendor says it removes

The page says MobiUnlock removes the screen passcode, listing 4-digit and 6-digit codes, Touch ID and Face ID. It also says it removes an Apple ID from an activated device without the password, removes an iCloud account, removes a Screen Time passcode “without losing data”, and removes iTunes backup encryption without the passcode.

It addresses iPhone Security Lockout, iPhone Unavailable and iPhone Disabled messages. The “What’s New” section says it can show saved passwords on the iOS device. The page does not mention MDM removal.

Warning on data erasure

The page says all data on the iOS device will be erased after the screen passcode is removed. This is the most important point before use: back up anything you need before you start.

Supported devices and systems

The page lists iPhone 4s, 5, 5s and later models, “including 17”, iPad mini 2, 3 and 4, iPad Air, Air 2 and Pro, and iPod touch 2 to 7. It states iOS 9 to iOS 26.

Windows is listed as Windows 11, 10, 8 and 7. The Mac requirements are inconsistent: the product section says macOS 10.13 and later, while the tech specification says macOS 26 and later. We do not state a Mac version. The page also links to a separate MobiUnlock for Android product, which we did not review.

Free trial

The page offers a “Free Trial” download for Windows and for Mac. It does not state the trial’s scan, preview or unlock limits.

Pricing and refunds

The page has “Buy Now” buttons for Windows and Mac but does not state the pricing model. It states a 30-day money-back guarantee under both purchase options and links to a refund policy, without summarising its terms. We do not publish prices.

Vendor claims

The page says users can unlock an iPhone “with the highest success rate no matter why your iOS device is locked”. It claims 24/7 technical support and says the tool “never records, uploads, or leaks any of your personal information”. These are the vendor’s own statements and we have not tested them.

What is not stated

  • Free trial limits.
  • Pricing model (subscription, one-month, lifetime or per device).
  • Mac system requirements, which the page states in two different ways.
  • Refund terms beyond the statement.
